Emery McClendon: It’s Time for America to Act Like An Adult
There is a lot of chatter going around about why President Trump returned to the Oval Office on New Year’s Eve, and did not attend the gala that many people had come to celebrate at his estate at Mar-a-Lago to ring in the year 2021.On top of that, rumors were also spreading that Vice President Pence had also cancelled his trip out of the country. Many are wondering what’s going on?
As the nation readied for the world to mature from 2020 to the full age of adulthood 2021, the President returned to the Oval Office and rolled up his sleeves to do the work that a mature adult nation needs at “such a time as this.”
What was his urgency to return to work as he is heads down the stretch of his last twenty days in the position of the most powerful man in world?
Most Presidents would have used this period of time to wind down and prepare for the transfer of the Whitehouse to their successor.
President Trump on the other hand is still fighting to “Keep America Great,” because in his mind America is First.
As the year transitioned from 2020 to 2021 it’s still evident that this President wants to make sure that a 2020 nation realizes how important it is to come of age (2021). He also knows that the truth matters.
We are in a deep battle to save our country from the threat of Socialism, which always ends up in full blown Communism. We are also under attrack from the real threat of outside election interference. Unlike the previous charges of outside interference, this threat has all of the evidence of being real. It’s not like the evidence that was presented at the President’s fake impeachment trial.
The President has presented his case of election fraud and cheating to America, the Media, State Legislatures, and to various Courts. Each of them are still acting like juveniles, and seem to be ignoring the mounds of evidence of massive election fraud and cheating by the media created “President- Elect”, Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.
The President, acting on our behalf, is not giving up on his quest to have our election system reviewed, and is acting like an adult. He recognizes the importance of reaching out to seek the truth, and he wants to protect our Founding Principles, and the United States Constitution.
He is reaching out one last time, during his final days in office, to petition the Courts, our Congress, and he is asking those who are just as concerned as him, to help him show that the election was stolen from the American people, and that the evidence shows that he won the 2020 election by a landslide if that evidence is reviewed by responsible parties.
Where are the objectors to the results of the Electoral votes in the United States Senate? Why isn’t the Republican Leadership, or the entire Republican Party, standing up for our Country?
Why isn’t the United States Supreme Court reviewing the Dominion voting machines, the excessive illegal ballots, or other suspicious evidence and improprieties that has been presented in sworn affidavits?
Why are election officials turning their heads as evidence is being destroyed or hidden from review?
The people are going to gather in Washington DC, and in cities nationwide on January 6 to show support for what our President is trying to accomplish. The voters have not been fooled and want to know the real results. It’s not only about stealing the Election, it’s about saving the Republic and preserving the integrity of our election process. It’s about the future of America!
Every American should want to know the truth.
We are the envy of the world when it come to freedom and liberty, and we must maintain our position as a world leader, and continue to be the hope of people everywhere who look to the United States of America for Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit Of Happiness.
It’s should prick the hearts of every American as we see 2020, transition into 2021. It should serve as a reminder of the importance of what it means for one to grow into full adulthood. Great responsibility comes with that transition. Our President and each of us should recognize that fact and stand up for the truth, and for the Protection of the American Dream. Our future depends on it, as well as the future of the success of the great American experiment. It is on trial here.
We have a Republic if we can keep it.
We must do everything in our power to hold on to our country as our Founders envisioned it, and gave their all to give it to us. We must continue to build upon their dreams, and the form of government that made America great. After all it is the American Dream that has made the world a better and safer place, and it has given us the greatest ability in the world to worship God, enjoy freedom of speech, and the ability to pursue our dreams as a free people. We must not throw that away.
As we move into 2021 let us also use this opportunity to act as adults. We must use mature judgement and our common sense to restore our nation, so that we can maintain our position as the beacon of freedom for the world.
We must not use our transition from 2020 to 2021 to become drunk.
When we were children we spake as children, we also understood as children, and thought like children. As adults we must act like men and women, and put away childish things.
