Former PolitiChick to Join Trump Administration

Michelle Moons, who began her writing career with PolitiChicks in 2013, will soon become a member of the Trump administration as she begins a job with the Domestic Policy Council, according to The Hill.

I first met Michelle in 2012 in Washington, D.C. where I was covering the Road to Repeal Rally for PolitiChicks and the Tea Party Patriots. She was young and interested in a career in journalism so we exchanged numbers. As soon as I got home to California I asked her to write for me.

Michelle was a PolitiChick from 2013 to 2015, contributing articles about everything from California politics to foreign policy issues. She joined our “gang of PolitiChick” at CPAC both years. And since she and I both lived in California, Michelle also became a fixture at parties and events at my home, often accompanied by her sweet mother.

Later in 2015 Michelle had to leave PolitiChicks to begin writing full-time for Breitbart. From there her career took off–something Morgan Brittany and I hope for all our contributors.

So congratulations, Michelle! All of your PolitiChicks sisters (and brothers) are so very proud of you and we know you’ll be a wonderful addition to President Trump’s administration!
