Prager University: So you Think You’re Tolerant?

David Rubin of the Rubin Report lays it all out very plainly in this short video pointing out who in the universe of U.S. Public thought is actually the tolerant ones. On nearly every topic-de-jure, there is a clear distinction between those who claim to be progressive and tolerant and those who are conservative and actually tolerant of other viewpoints.

Ask any conservative about each of the following issues and you will get a far more tolerant attitude than you will get from any progressive/leftist follower:

LGBT issues – The conservative will likely tell you that they couldn’t care less about one’s sexual preferences IF they are not forced to support it, alter their beliefs about it, or encourage others to believe it is acceptable for them. No intolerance…just “live and let live.”

Immigration issues – The conservative will likely agree that the roots of our country are based in immigration from other countries IF it is accomplished legally as required by existing laws. There is no tolerance for law-breakers that attempt to sneak into our country by ignoring our laws and taking advantage of our support systems. The only intolerance is with law-breakers, not immigrants.

The list could go on and on. In every case, if you don’t agree with a progressive, you are labeled as intolerant – regardless of the truth!
