Our Founder’s Foresight for the 2nd Amendment
In such a time as this when we are experiencing such negative opposition to our Second Amendment we must keep in mind that everything that the Founders wrote into our Constitution looked forward to the future.They wanted our nation to continue to prosper and to grow under a limited govenment.
That vision included the Second Amendment.
As technology advances so does our right to use the benefits of that technology.
So we as citizens are able to advance from muskets to semi-automatic weapons as a means to defend ourselves from our enemies. Which incidentally inclues a tyrannical government.
Furthermore, the 2ND Amendment, and the other Bill of Rights was not written to restrict our freedom to possess firearms, it was written to limit the power and overreach of government, and to give us a recourse in case of tyranny!
If only the likes of David Hogg, the Snowflake students, and other Progressives robots could grasp this truth.
It is up to each of us to continue to pass along the dream and hopes of those who gave us this great nation.
