Progressivist Multiculturalist Fallacy

There is a phenomenon I call “Progressivist multiculturalist fallacy.” Progressivism is a product of 1) Darwin and Spengler (individual struggle), 2) Marx and Lenin (class warfare), 3) Pragmatist philosophy (you are defined by your actions). Progressivism (modern Liberalism) operates on the premise that the struggle for the survival of the fittest is furthered when more species are included in it, and the inter-racial and class-wars become more strenuous: out of the boiling pot, a new race of super-human shall emerge. It will be inevitably socialist, with the final goal of communism – so say the Progressivists.

Pursuant to this Coudenhove-Kalergi like “plan,” the new individual will be stronger because it will have the blood of all races from all continents. Alas, they are turning a willfully blind eye to two significant and undeniable human characteristics: first, people’s natural tendency is to preserve individuality and self-determination – we will not normally procreate with a different race – not unless there is a shortage of selection in ours; second, even if this were to be achieved, the final uniform race of people would inevitably be extinguished by its own “success” of multicultural procreation, because there would be no new species or race to procreate with. This super-mensch would become sterile and die away. Perhaps that is the end of humanity?

Complete assimilation is quite a miracle and the United States is a unique country in this respect. For instance, the Turks have been living in Germany for nearly fifty years now – and they have never assimilated – and never will. The same goes for the gypsies in the Czech Republic. The cultural differences are too marked. Assimilation of south American immigrants in the United States is made easier by the growth of liberalism – the more socialist America becomes, the more it is like their mother country: Venezuela, Mexico, Honduras… where crooked socialism took root and has not given way yet. Now that they are not even forced to speak their own language and adopt our culture, they feel this country is theirs and they can impose whatever rules (their old home-country socialist rules) they desire on us.

One must also remember that true representative democracy is still in the minority in the world. Most immigrants that come to the United States come from largely totalitarian, socialist/communist regimes. While 52% of countries in the world are self-professed democracies, one must bear in mind that even countries like North Korea do so, i.e. “Democratic Republic of North Korea.” Obviously, if it quacks like a commie, and does everything a commie does, we will not call it “democratic” (as opposed to a “Democrat,” which may be confusing, and which is why we call the United States a Constitutional Republic: indeed, if we were a “socialist democracy” – which, to me at least, is an oxymoron – we would now have the most crooked dictator in the White House…). So most immigrants naturally have no idea what “democratic” really means, not to mention what a Constitutional republic means. Perhaps some will even vote Democrat, thinking it is “democratic” and they are voting for “democracy…”

True assimilation is practically impossible. We will always carry with us parts of our “native” culture, even three generations later. You can clearly see the German in Donald Trump, a proud Pole in Laura Ingraham, and a desperate Little Italy would-like-to-be wise guy in Robert de Niro. But that is the beauty of being an American. I have done my best to “soak in” the American culture ever since I was a child, growing up in socialism – I had to learn English secretly, from World War II books, get hold of underground literature, such as Orwell and Hayek and Arendt – to understand the real Evil I lived in – and plot my escape for years before I dared… It took a lot of determination. My allegiance had belonged to the United States long before I reached the American mainland. I was born an American – with Stars and Stripes in my Heart. Living in a culture foreign to me, which I hated, I had to walk with earplugs and interpret everything into English for myself, in order to truly absorb and THINK in the language – the beautiful, majestic English language that towers above all others! I have done everything I could to become a true American – with my mind, heart and soul. And yet, even today, I keep discovering new elements of American culture, learning more from old movies, speaking to people, listening to real Americans – and what a pleasure it is! It takes immense effort and love for the United States and our language to truly become an American! I cannot imagine how many generations it will take to people who speak Korean or Spanish at home and perpetuate their own political and cultural dogmas…

Forced multiculturalism does not lead to assimilation but to racism, because people will naturally shrink back into what they know – if only for fear of the unknown; but there is more: the desire for self-determination. Most people think abandoning their roots, their language, will leave them empty and vulnerable. This fear is even stronger where religions clash. I am quite certain that the majority of Muslims in Europe hate and attack Europeans out of fear – they are scared that we will take their religion away and force them to adapt to our culture and habits. Rightly so. This fear is no different from the fear of a common U.S. immigrant who is overwhelmed by our culture. Progressivist Democrats therefore tell them: come out of “the shadow” – we will adapt to you, we will not force you to do anything like we do… if only you vote for us, our America can become your Venezuela. This approach is wrong, however, because it only perpetuates their fear and insecurity. Adopting the culture and language of the strongest, freest Nation in the World should be everyone’s privilege and source of strength, not fear and suspicion.

Progressivist multiculturalist fallacy simply consists of thinking that weakness is strength and multiplicity is unity. If you have a notion you have heard this somewhere before – yes, you have: “War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength.” (George Orwell, 1984) Soros and his accolades want struggle because it means destruction of the “privileged.” Class war is the main goal of all Marxists. Democrats promise all material “freedom” for vote, the vote which binds and enslaves all by dependency on the government alms. Ignorance of the law is strength of the country, profess the democrats and vow forgiveness is the only way, calling illegal alien criminals “dreamers”. I can hear Orwell laugh… as George Washington wants to rise from the dead and fight for Our Country!
