Bernie Sanders Applies A Religious Test of His Own

With all the faux outrage from the left concerned that conservatives may feel entitled to enforce a “religious test”, Bernie Sanders, that bastion of liberal tolerance, revealed in a shocking exchange with Russell Vought, President Trump’s nominee for Deputy Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, his own hypocrisy and disdain for Christians. When Vought refused to disavow his Christian beliefs, Sanders visibly became more and more incensed when Vought continually rejected the popular false doctrine of Universalism-despite Sander’s incessant badgering.
As you can see above, Vought failed Bernie’s test. Not because of his qualifications or lack thereof, but simply because of his Christian beliefs.
“I would simply say, Mr. Chairman, that this nominee is really not someone who this country is supposed to be about,” Sanders said. “I will vote no.”
