Should Federal Funding Be Blocked To Universities That Don’t Allow Free Speech For All?

Violent protests erupted at UC Berkley on Wednesday night which should absolutely enrage the nation.
Hundreds of protesters rioted on campus, burned stores, smashed windows, and clashed with police. The university was even forced to shut down a speech by Conservative, Milo Yiannopoulos. Protesters also set an American flag on fire, attacked pro-Trump students, and caused significant damage to the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union.
Berkeley police said five people were injured and some people, including a man who said he had hoped to see Yiannopoulos speak, were seen with their faces bloodied. One female Trump supporter was pepper-sprayed in the face.
What is even more shocking is that there were no arrests.
Todd Starnes sounded off on Fox & Friends Thursday morning and suggested that President Trump should block federal funding to Berkley’s students.

President Trump also tweeted Thursday morning:
” If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view – NO FEDERAL FUNDS?”
What do you think about this?
Do you think it time for President Trump to issue an executive order to block Berkley students from receiving any federal funding? Should federal funding be blocked from any public university that wants to silence Conservative voices (or any voices for that matter)? Do we really want our tax dollars going to universities that stifle free speech?
