BREAKING: Mass Shooting at Social Services Center in San Bernardino, CA

Lt. Rick Lawhead from the San Bernardino Police Department confirmed that at 10:59 a.m. there was a mass shooting reported at the Inland Regional Center on the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue. The center which social services for the San Bernardino area. Lt. Lawhead says they’re “clearing the building, working collectively with other agencies” and working to secure the scene. There may be as many as 20 (or more) victims and a triage center has been set up outside the building.
There are also reports that a bomb squad is on the scene and a “device” may have been found.
Three shooters may have been involved.
A Los Angeles reporter for Channel 2 said a woman received a text from her sister in the building that said, “There’s a shootout at my work, I’m scared.” Her sister texted back telling her to ‘stay down low’ but hasn’t heard from her since. Another family member said workers in the building are now being sent by bus to SBPD for questioning.
Multiple agencies, including a SWAT team, are currently searching homes on the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue and telling people to stay indoors.
