BREAKING: Death Penalty Sought For Beating Death of Gabriel Fernandez

Gabriel-FernandezAs our PolitiChicks readers know, we have been steadfastly following the case of 8-year old Gabriel Fernandez, who was beaten to death by his mother and her boyfriend.

Today, Los Angeles County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Gabriel’s murderers.

According to ABC News, a wrongful death lawsuit claims 60 abuse reports were filed regarding Gabriel.

We will continue to follow this case, in the hopes that Child Protective Services will also be held accountable.
