In a recent post pinned in my feed I discovered a simple and practicle article that I want to share with all of you. Beginners in the crowd may be struggleing to find a solid fitness routine, or perhaps you’re ready for a change in routine. Try these 12 exercises to develop overall strength and stamina. Change them up from day to day to create muscle confusion. Go through the entire circuit 3 times through for a challenge. Which ever route you take, these 12 exercises may be all you need to kick your new year into gear!
