“Conditional Tolerance” Is Not Tolerance.

Upfront without any apology from me, I am a white, redheaded, freckled faced, conservative, who believes the Bible to be the truth, loves Jesus Christ, values life – pre-born and born, a tolerant person, an opinionated person, been broke, have student loans (anyone on the left who wants to pay them off, it’s a tax write-off), a public school teacher, and a woman who loves people. Through the years I have worked as a maid, waitressed in dumps and fancy hotels, sales clerk, banking, delivered pizza, telemarketing, demonstrated food in grocery stores, and a whole slew of other jobs that were not exactly fun. And there were many times I worked three jobs to make ends meet.me cut to the chase here.

That being said, to all my leftist friends, enemies, and unknowns out there, I have three words to say:  STOP THE HATE.  Hate is an enemy to the soul of mankind, and very unhealthy and the Bible says what we sow is what we reap.

Frequently from the left side I’ve heard the following:

Don’t be a hypocrite.

Be tolerant.

If it doesn’t bother you, just leave it alone.

If it offends you, don’t watch.

You don’t like Obama because he’s half-black.

You’re a racist.

Don’t hurt innocent animals – PETA.

We support women’s rights to have an abortion.

Muslims are peaceful.

The minimum wage should be raised. We need a working wage.

Have a salary cap in place so the rich stop getting richer.

We want unity.

We are here for everyone.

Allow all the illegals to have amnesty – they deserve it.

Ban the guns.

The government should pay for my birth control.

White privilege.

And the list goes on… and on…

Here are a few of my personal rebuttals to these accusations.

White Privilege vs. Earned Privilege

People on the left who want equality for all yet espouse only for certain groups of people are hypocrites.  Missouri legislator wants white people to check their “white privilege”–what are they talking about?  If opportunities comes my way, it is because I worked hard and did what the boss asked me to do pertaining to the job. No privilege when I cleaned toilets to earn money. Was it fun? Not in the least, but it was a paycheck.

Every person in this county has the same opportunity to be successful. I didn’t get my education because I’m white, I got it because I worked hard to earn it. The students I teach don’t care about the color of the teacher or other students. We treat each other as equals because we care and don’t see a color–and I live in the South.

If Black Lives Matter Stop Abortions

All lives matter. A fetus is a Latin word for “little one.” Nothing is added or taken away from the fetus from the moment of conception to the moment of birth.  Most abortions are on young black women or teenagers. In fact according to a Huffington Post article, black teenagers between 15 and 19 years old have an abortion rate of 41 per 1,000 women, more than twice the national average of 18 per 1,000. In comparison, white teenagers have an abortion rate of 10 per 1,000 women, which means that African-American teenagers are having abortions at a rate that is about four times higher than that of their white counterparts. On average, 1,876 black babies are aborted every day in the United States. That’s a lot of children murdered before they even had an opportunity to take their first breath.

Margaret Sanger, renowned founder of Planned Parenthood made many comments that are racist yet are totally ignored by the left, including this:  “Colored people are human weeds and they are to be exterminated.”  Pretty astounding that our illustrious president still funds Planned Parenthood and has the audacity to expect taxpayers to pay for abortions. Then he shouts, “racist” every opportunity he can.

To Hypocrites at PETA…

PETA is another twisted organization that seems perfectly fine when it comes to the murder an unborn child but will go to the ends of the earth to rescue and cry foul for perceived cruelty to an animal. Rather misguided justice.  Of course we should be kind to animals and not hurt them unnecessarily, but they are not higher on the chain than human life. If that were the case, all leftists should not indulge in partaking of insulin, antibiotics, and any other medicines that likely were produced by using animals as a test subjects.

Homophobe Accusations

If you want to have sex with someone of the same sex as you – go ahead but don’t force your views on me and call me a homophobe. It isn’t a fear thing (phobe = fear), for me it’s a moral issue. I don’t hate gay people; I’ve had several as friends through the years who were gay but it’s not conducive to a healthy society to inflict that viewpoint on the vast majority of the nation.

Evil Rich People Who Hate Being Rich

All of those who say we should cap salaries, go ahead. Start with Hollywood and then politicians. Many of those seem to think that capitalism is bad and deem ‘rich’ as ‘evil.’  No problem – cut your salary and donate what you have now.  For example, an actor who earns around $1 million per year could donate his money to the community for job training skills. (Remember to donate to my students loans while you’re at it…)

Amnesty?  Let Them Live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

There they can live in peace and harmony.

Raise Your Skills, Raise Your Pay

Everyone needs a working wage but the left believes that if everyone earned the same amount of money, then there’d be no evil rich people to blame for all the woes of the world.  People need job training, but they also need jobs so let’s bring our overseas jobs back to America to allow people more opportunities. Start at the bottom rung of a ladder and work their way up, and provide additional job skills along the way–then as skills increase, so will your salary.  Cutting corners cuts jobs.

What Does ‘Ban Guns’ Really Mean?

That means all the left would have their guns taken away too, including the bodyguards of politicians and actors. Then when a person with a stolen weapon kills an innocent bystander or someone famous they can be executed. Oh, wait, the left hates the death penalty; they’re okay with killing innocent unborn babies but not hardened murderers.  The left believes in putting them in jail for life with taxpayers funding the jails….

We Don’t Dislike Obama’s Skin Color; It’s His Character We Dislike

Obama, wow, what a name that evokes many emotions in almost everyone.  Truth is, he isn’t disliked because of his color. He’s disliked because of his policies and dictatorship style of leadership.

Be Tolerant–Unless Someone’s A Christian.

“Christian” appears to be another bad word these days. I am a Christian. I’ve learned enough about Muslims; ISIS and the terrorists are Muslims, that’s all I need to know.

If the conservative right is supposed be tolerant of others then the left should be, too.  Don’t spout your hate because I disagree with you. It doesn’t give your cause any credibility.

I began this article with the three words, ‘Stop The Hate’ so I’ll end with three more:  Love the enemy.  If conservatives are your enemy, then practice real tolerance and love us. Stop the Hate. Love the enemy.
