The New Year & Your Health…Part 3

I love new beginnings. I love the dawn of a new day. I enjoy watching the eastern sun crest over the horizon; in all its glory- exposing its brilliant colors of red and orange. In awe, I am reminded that God’s mercies are new every morning. As I bid farewell to 2014; thankful for all that it has brought, people and opportunities alike. I anxiously look toward the horizon in anticipation of 2015, knowing that God has beauty and light destined for my life.
The 3rd and final part of this series addresses the body and how disciplined we ought to be with it, and the resolve needed to “bring it into subjection”. Whether it’s a killer core, a tighter tush, beefy biceps or simply getting rid of that muffin top (or dunlap disease, as my husband calls it); without a resolute mind and determined purpose, the body will not be subject into submission; and isn’t that what we want? One of the keys that unlocked the secret to my success was found in 1 Corinthians 9:27. Whether your faith rests in Jehovah God or another source, there is real power in this truth.
Bring your health goals to a place of firm determination in 2015. Make this your year. Nothing is more important than your health. No matter your level of experience, we’ll share with you the keys to success. My job is to teach you how to use the tools and do it with passion, energy and excitement!
My resolution is to help you on your journey; come back each week, as I’ll be sharing the tools to help you along. My New Year’s resolution is to change and impact lives; to inspire people to rise up and live an extraordinary and uncommon life!
“The coach is someone who gets you to do what you don’t want to do, so that you can be who you want to be.”
In light of the New Year celebration, I’ve decided to share a fun video that easily conveys my energy and excitement for the upcoming year. I dedicate this to you dear friends as you start your new journey. Don’t forget to have fun along the way!
