Breaking: Obama’s NLRB Files Official Complaint Against McDonalds

Announced today by lead counsel, the National Labor Relations Board has filed an official complaint against McDonalds and all franchisee owners for “discouraging workers from activities aimed at improving their wages and working conditions.”

Could that be legal speak for not allowing employees to unionize and demand $15 an hour wages?

In keeping with previous liberal tactics with past lawsuits against Boeing (from moving to non-union state South Carolina) and Walmart, the NLRB will hold hearings in March 2015 to decide whether or not to take disciplinary steps against McDonalds.
