Update from Assemblyman Tim Donnelly regarding the recent land grab for the San Bernardino Mountains:

Thanks to your efforts–what LA Times is reporting as ‘fierce opposition’–the size of the National Monument designation has been cut in half to less than 350,000 acres. Even though it is not 100% of what we want, it is a major victory. It looks like Mt. Baldy will be spared, and the San Bernardino Mtns. largely left untouched. Even though Judy Chu says she’s not finished, the people are waking up thanks to you showing up at the protest and spreading the word online! Godspeed
