Southern Indiana Churches Spray-Painted with Koran Verses

PolitiChicks.comWould someone please tell Sean Hannity there is no such thing as a Muslim radical or a Muslim extremist? And while you’re at it, would you please tell President George W. Bush and countless others that Islam is not a religion of peace?

It’s really simple. If a Muslim reads the Koran and practices what it teaches, which is violence against infidels (unbelievers), some would call them Muslim extremists. If a Muslim does not practice what the Koran teaches, they are considered apostates by others in their faith. So to be a practicing Muslim is to be a Muslim, not an extremist. They are merely following what their religion teaches them.

I’m a Hoosier by birth. The town where I grew up is a typical small Midwestern community where probably one of America’s few remaining conservative universities is—Purdue. Picture the manger scene in the town square on the lawn of a European architecturally styled Court House, only now the manger scene has to be kept on the back of a pickup truck or trailer parked on a public street in front of the County Court House.

This past weekend in a small town in beautiful Southern Indiana, Columbus, three churches were spray-painted with the words “Quran” and “Infidels” along with various koranic verses (3:151 and 19:88). Could it be a teenage prank or is it an Islamic threat thrust upon the residents? If it’s Muslims who did this, a word of caution: Columbus is located in a part of the United States where there is “a gun behind every blade of grass,” and maybe they might decide the Liberty Tree needs to be watered.

Located to the Northwest of Columbus is Plainfield, a suburban community of Indianapolis where the Islamic Society of North America is located. According to Investigative Project on Terrorism, from reports dated 1987/1988, the FBI has identified one of INSA’s parent organizations as “North American Islam Trust” (NAIS) and several of its members are part of a covert network of revolutionaries, a faction of that has declared war on the United States and Israel …they are in a position to direct the activities and support of Muslims in the U.S. for the Islamic Revolution.’”

So as we watch Islam’s continuing war on America, and we watch them build organizations and mosques across our nation, we also watch with frustration the do-nothing administration in D.C. Obama’s lack of leadership and cowardice has emboldened the Islamists to behead two of our American journalists, and the list of their threats is endless. We’ve been told they will strike terror in the hearts of Americans and one of their leaders (who has since been killed) said the Islamic flag would fly over the White House. I think the flag is already there, but it’s being flown on the inside.

“No faith teaches people to massacre innocents,” Obama said in his statement regarding the first beheading of an American journalist, 40 year-old James Foley. Evidently Obama is not aware of the 109 koranic verses which Muslims use as war for Islamic rule.

Obama continued referring to Foley, “No just God would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day.” Exactly! ISIS terrorists follow Allah and Allah is not a just god. The only true and just God is the God of the Bible, and he is not the same God as the god of the Koran.

Obama stated that the United States will continue to do what it must to protect Americans following Foley’s death and confront these Islamic extremists. “We will be vigilant and we will be relentless,” adding that “justice will be done” to those that captured and killed Foley. Now a second American journalist, 31 year old, Steven Sotloff, has been beheaded.

Should we wait for Obama to be “vigilant and relentless?” One thing for sure: We didn’t have to wait long when Obama said he would fundamentally transform America. His job here is done, but there still might be a few golf courses awaiting his presence.
