Why It’s Ok To Be A Racist (AKA Political Correctness Gone Too Far)

PolitiChicksMany of you are probably thinking that I have gone completely bonkers by the title.  I bet you are questioning why I would even suggest that it is even okay for anyone to be a racist. Yes, I can understand your concerns. But first, hear me out.

I am fully aware as a Tea Party conservative just how vicious the left can be when it comes to being called a racist. I encountered my first bout with racism during the 2008 election.  One of my close friends who claimed to be a “tree hugging liberal” showed her True (hippie) Colors on one occasion calling me a racist simply for asking her about Obama. She was fiercely defending him as her choice for President.  However, I soon discovered that me questioning her on Obama’s experience (or lack of), his record (or lack of), his beliefs and stances on issues (or lack of), deemed me to be a typical right wing RACIST. It was at that moment in my life, well into my 40’s, that the light came on and the blinders came off and it was apparent that I was indeed, a racist.  Why it took so long for someone to finally point that out to me, I will never know.

As we have gotten further into Obama’s presidency, I have discovered that I simply do not agree with the majority of his policies. I am appalled at his lack of experience especially when it comes to his foreign policy. He is an appeaser, a sympathizer if you will. He caters to his Muslim brothers as sure not wanting to offend them. He is weak at best, drawing lines with red crayons creating climate change by spewing off some fresh hot air.  And although my opposition is aimed at his “brothers” that cause havoc around the globe, terrorizing innocent men, women and children, I can’t help but rear my blatant racist head all for the sake of opposition to the Muslims responsible.  But of course it is only because of my racism aimed at Obama, that I oppose bowing down to those that want to kill us. If not for my racism, I would be ok with Muslim extremist terrorist prisoners, being released back to the same territory with the same guys so that they can plot some more on how to plan another attack on American soil.

More recently, I have discovered just how racist it is to support the Washington Redskins owners and organization in their fight to keep their name. I find myself outraged that their trademark was canceled due to someone’s opinion that the name is somehow offensive.  This isn’t the first time the Redskin’s owners have had their trademark canceled, as they experienced this previous in 1999. A higher court ruled in their favor and they were allowed to keep it.  My racism once again sparked when Harry Reid vowed to force them to change their name.  For the love of Betsy, can somebody tell me WHY Reid is even talking about this on the Senate floor? Does he know what is happening not only around the globe, but right here at home? Harry… the Middle East is burning! Putin is flexing, Israel has missing kids, a brave young Marine is sitting in a Mexican jail, Iran is just being dirty old untrustworthy Iran, and the list goes on and on!  Right here at home, our Veterans are being horribly mishandled waiting in lines behind illegal immigrants in order to receive healthcare. Our most honorable soldiers are being called liars while the left applauds a deserter that walked off to aid and abet their enemy. The American people have had it up to here with scandal after scandal and you want to talk about the Redskins?

The pc garbage is getting out of hand. One comment I read found the name “Cleveland Browns” offensive because her Latino friends are brown. Where does it stop?

I must somehow accept that I must adhere to Obama’s failed policies. I must accept that those who want to cut off my head belong to the “religion of peace”. I must watch carefully when I clap for a football team that I am somehow not cheering at someone or something that could possibly offend someone else. I need to be thrilled that Harry Reid finds it important to bully a team for their name instead of trying to find ways to help my fellow Americans feed their families. And if I can’t abide by those simple rules, then I am to remain a racist–and that is ok by me.
