Gates Foundation Funding Major Push for Common Core in Oklahoma

Dear Patriots from across the U.S., Oklahoma needs your help.
Our children are not the property of the state because they go to school. Chamber, YOU do not have permission to decide what is best for my children. National Governors Association, YOU do not have permission to decide what is best for our children.
Stand on Children, YOU do not have permission to decide what is best for my children. This is a parental rights issue. BACK OFF! The only role of government is to secure the inalienable rights of the CITIZENS. To do more than that is tyranny. You are taking away my personal liberty. You are taking away my child’s rights. Parents do not want Common Core. Gov. Fallin, please SIGN HB3399!
There is not one specific study (not paid for by Bill Gates) has shown Common Core to be higher standards than Oklahoma’s. In addition, please find me specific studies that point to even the notion that the use of Common Core standards are going to be the deciding factor in how well Oklahoma students compete in the global economy. We challenge these groups to back up their claims! They cannot! These standards were never tried. They are a grand experiment on all American students. I suppose these groups – and possibly the Oklahoma Governor if she chooses to veto HB3399– are in favor of that experiment, as well as the Common Core porn that had to be censored in order to be read on the floor of the Oklahoma Senate in closing debate on the Senate Floor. Do you know how much a double truck ad like this costs in the Daily Disappointment?? At least $10,000! Are we going to let the Chamber and Stand for Children dictate our children’s education? These groups are interested in making money on the backs of our children, and need to push the parents and teachers out of the way to do so.
Please call and email Governor Fallin and let her know what you think about HB 3399!
