Reports indicate that three people have been gunned down and one other person seriously injured in a shooting which took place earlier today, Saturday. The Jewish Museum in Brussels, Belgium was the scene of the horrific incident. At this time the shooter remains at large and was noted to have arrived in a car before opening fire and quickly vanishing.
In response to the shooting Belgium’s interior Ministry has elevated its terror alert level. Minister Didier Reynders reported having seen victims inside the museum. He was said to have contacted police and other emergency services. The style and location of the attack have given rise to the suspicion that it was motivated by anti-Semitic sentiments.
