It was only a matter of time before the world would see what many Americans have already seen in Obama, an inept individual who thinks he’s playing a game instead of running the country. Obama was at a joint news conference in the Netherlands with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and when Obama gestured and thanked the crowd, only a single person in the audience responded with a slow, awkward clap.
