Contempt Hearing For Ex-IRS Lerner Next Week?

Lerner 5th Yesterday, ex-Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner appeared before Darrell Issa’s House Oversight Committee to answer questions about the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups.

However, Lerner promptly invoked her rights under the 5th Amendment and refused to answer any questions (yet again).

Now, Rep. Issa states that the House Oversight Committee may consider holding Lerner in contempt as early as next week.
