Ms. MisInformed 2014: Gov. Mary Fallin For Pushing Common Core!
On February 21, NewsOK reported the following statement from Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin:
“The intent of Common Core was to raise academic standards, increase rigor in the classroom and then to measure the results. I think that’s a goal that everyone can support and would support, but there’s been a lot of information about Common Core that has not been accurate, whether it’s been on the Internet or there’s been something that’s been published.”
If nearly every conservative organization is against Common Core, who really is misinformed, Governor Fallin? This includes grassroots groups across the U.S. and the Republican National Committee and the Oklahoma GOP. If you don’t believe us – look at the list! Are we really supposed to believe that this many people are coming up with the same information across the land when we investigate Common Core? We are tired of your messaging tactics. We the People are not misinformed. No, as Chair of the National Governors Association, we crown YOU Miss Information!

So, who exactly is MISINFORMED?
There are many more groups and I would love for our readers to add other Stop Common Core groups to this list! We also must include in this extensive list the tens of thousands of citizens represented in Stop Common Core groups in every single state, whose research has uncovered all the same problems. As the saying goes, “A worried mom does better research than the FBI.” Misinformed, all of us? That is quite absurd Gov. Fallin, but nice try. As a matter of fact, we dub thee Miss Informed, oh Queen of the NGA.
