Islam in America Pt. 1
Connecting Dots: The Players
It all started a few months after Obama was elected the first time, when dots began to form a pattern. While I have been blogging for close to 10 years now, for the past 4 or 5 years I have been focusing on Islam and how politicians and the media try to claim that Islam is a peaceful religion. I have to wonder, when one has to keep trying to prove they’re peaceful…
There is much to be said about Islam, which is considered a religion by most, but this isn’t an expose about a religion or necessarily the Islamic ideology, although explanations will be given throughout. This is the accumulation of a little over 3 years’ worth of researching, reading and investigating hundreds of dots that finally were beginning to connect, but still leaving an incomplete picture.
While I’ve been trying to form a comprehensive expose out of all the different findings for the past few months, Walid Shoebat published one of his latest stories which was what prompted me to get this done once and for all. I know others with much more experience and better resources than I, have been working on similar theories which show that Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and others in our government not only have close ties with the Muslim Brotherhood but have been actively working in the Middle East and North Africa to align those nations with Sunni Muslims to bring those nations into a Caliphate, and also to bring Sharia law to the US.
Back in May 2011, I wrote a sarcastic dissection of a speech given by Obama about the so-called Arab Spring. The more dots connecting Obama with his preference of Islam over America became much clearer during this speech when talking about people in countries such as Tunisia, Egypt and Israel; only he was talking about the Palestinian struggle, not the Israelis. He mentioned Iran, not of the powerful demonstrations which showed the brutal regime murdering citizens in the streets of Tehran but of the “illicit nuclear program, and its sponsorship of terror” of the regime. “So in the months ahead, America must use all our influence to encourage reform in the region… We look forward to working with all who embrace genuine and inclusive democracy…Because democracy depends not only on elections, but also strong and accountable institutions, and respect for the rights of minorities.”
Yet looking back on the past few years of incredible upheavals in the Middle East and North African nations, we can see that Obama and his administration have done nothing of the sort. They have forcibly removed soft dictators and either propped up new tyrants who fell into the Sunni Muslim groups Obama is so familiar with, or left the nation fledgling with no leadership at all.
Since there are so many connections of American political ties to the Middle East, the purpose of this article is to first introduce the players and then show how their involvement in the Middle East has been undermining not just America’s Constitution, Sovereignty and compromising the safety of US citizens, but also those of Middle Eastern and North African nations and their stability.
Barack Obama and Bill and Hillary Clinton all have ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and other known terrorists.
When one thinks of ‘guilt by association’, one can’t convict in a court of law a person simply for associating with criminals. There has to be proof that the association also involves criminal activity. In many cases, evidence is proven to be hearsay, or circumstantial and inadmissible, but in the court of public opinion, people can decide for themselves just how close ties exist between associates.
The Bible has a lot to say about association as well, so there must be something important to be learned, that one can tell the character a person by the company he or she keeps. Much was written about Obama’s past association with people like Weather Underground domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, his pastor of 20 years Jeremiah Wright and many others he has surrounded himself with. Most of these stories were of course mocked by the progressive media, and those of us who were pointing out how Obama was still surrounding himself with known radicals and Marxists were using typical deflecting tactics, labeling us as right wingers, tea baggers or as being indoctrinated by “faux” news.
Obama didn’t just happen to find Marxist friends to associate with, he purposely went seeking them out. People might not understand or care who he has ‘hung out’ with, nor may they care that his family is comprised of Marxist, communist, and Islamic with terrorist ties. Too many it seems never cared, because if they cared about our nation, a man like this never would have been elected President in the first place. Perhaps it’s been the slow conditioning which has been happening in our nation as more times in the past 20 years and longer, the progressive envelope has been pushed further and further- reminding me of the story of the frog in boiling water. If you turn the heat up too fast, the frog will find it too hot and jump out of the pot, but do it gradually, the frog won’t notice, he’ll be conditioned to handle the heat. At least until he’s boiled. Our nation is close to being boiled.
Let’s focus first on Bill and Hillary Clinton. I’ll forgo much of the known personal biographies of them, and look at again, companions and associations. When one considers Hillary Clinton’s ties with Islam, Huma Abedin is the first who comes to mind. Huma Abedin has been with the Clintons since Bill was President. Abedin, a practicing Muslim who speaks fluent Arabic and grew up in Saudi Arabia, began working for Clinton as a White House intern in 1996, eventually becoming Hillary’s traveling chief of staff during her campaign for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination. She is the daughter of an Islamic scholar, her father was from India and her mother, a sociologist and a highly respected professor in Saudi Arabia, was from Pakistan. She was born in Michigan, but the family moved to Saudi Arabia when she was 2. She moved back to the United States to attend George Washington University. When she began as a Whitehouse intern, she was assigned as Hillary’s office in 1996 and the two have been tight ever since. Abedin is so close with the Clintons that when she married Anthony Weiner, Bill Clinton officiated their wedding.
While working with Hillary, Abedin was described as ever-present assistant and gatekeeper, who oversaw planning and scheduling and advised on politics and policy, especially the Middle East.
In June 2012, when she returned from maternity leave, Abedin left her position of Deputy of Staff, continued to work for Clinton, but was given leave so she could also do consultant work with private clients while still employed as a top advisor to then Secretary of State Clinton. Although government officials are required to release information about any significant sources of income, Abedin never disclosed information about the arrangement or how much income she earned on her financial report. She worked at the State Department, yet in the last half of 2012, she also worked for the consulting firm Teneo, which was founded by Doug Band, a former adviser to President Bill Clinton and she also served as a consultant to the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, which has received upwards of 25 million in donations from Saudi Arabia (more on the Clinton Foundation & CGI later).
Now none of these proves anything but the fact that Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin have a close relationship. Does Huma really have ties with terrorists and what about her time growing up in Saudi Arabia? Apparently some in Congress had enough to question whether or not she does, because Michele Bachmann and some other Congress members asked federal officials to investigate whether Abedin was using her influence on U.S. policy toward the Muslim Brotherhood. Many in congress vilified Bachmann and the others, especially some from the Republican side. Senator John McCain called the inquiry an attack which was made “without concern for fact or fairness.”
Well Senator, let’s see what the facts are and whether or not this matters to US national security.
As mentioned, Huma’s mother is Saleha Mahmood Abedin, who is a pro-Sharia sociologist with ties to numerous Islamist organizations including the Muslim Brotherhood. She was a Board member of the International Islamic Council for Dawa and Relief (whose secretary-general is Abdullah Omar Naseef, an Islamic extremist with ties to al Qaeda, served as Secretary General of the Muslim World League from 1983-93 and also founder of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) of which Saleha Abedin is editor and chief of their journal and was for a time on the board of directors) and she is a Founding member of the Muslim Sisterhood also known as the International Women’s Organization (IWO), the women’s division of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Muslim Sisterhood is an organization made up of wives of prominent Brotherhood members, including Nagla Ali Mahmoud, wife of Egyptian’s ex interim dictator, Muslim Brotherhood member Mohammed Morsi. It’s interesting that Hillary Clinton along with Obama both were instrumental in propping up Morsi and helping him come to power after calling for the removal of Egyptian President Mubarak who only had another 8 months before the next elections.
Huma Abedin’s mother isn’t the only one who bears more scrutiny; her brother Hassan Abedin was a board member with the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS) in England with Muslim Brotherhood members, again, Abdullah Omar Naseef who also founded the Rabita Trust, which was included in the first post-9/11 list of al-Qaeda supporters. Naseef is also chairman of the board of OCIS along with Yousuf al-Qaradawi who is considered to be one of the most influential Muslim scholars who just happens to support Palestinian suicide bombings and has denounced both Israel and the US while issuing fatwas supporting jihad. This guy is into everything. He is chairman of the IslamOnline website, which has published numerous anti-Semitic, anti-Israel articles and supports violence against non-Muslims. He is considered chairman of the board of trustees at the Michigan-based Islamic American University (IAU), a subsidiary of the Muslim American Society (MAS) which has stated that the 9/11 attacks is the fault of American foreign policy. He is also president of the Union of Good, a Saudi-based organization representing Islamic fundraising groups worldwide, and which has for years, transferred tens of millions of dollars directly to Hamas. In 1990 al-Qaradawi went to Algeria, where he was chairman of the Islamic Scientific Council at the Islamic University and Higher Institutions until 1991. He then returned to Qatar and was appointed director of the Seerah and Sunnah Center at Qatar University, a post he still has now. He was a board of directors member with the Islamic Society of Boston from 1998-2000, whose founder and first president was Abdurahman Alamoudi who was a strong supporter of Hamas and Hezbollah, and eventually was imprisoned for charges relating to terrorism.
So here we have a woman who at one time had a very important and sensitive position in one of the highest offices of the US government, and who is still the closest confidant of the woman who may be running for the Presidency, whose mother and brother both have heavy ties with the Brotherhood and other Islamic extremist groups.
But wait, there’s more. It was reported back in 2012 by Walid Shoebat that Huma’s sister Heba Abedin is also connected and had served on the Editorial Board of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) as an Assistant Editor, under the name Heba A. Khaled. Remember, the founder of the IMMA Abdullah Omar Naseef, is an Islamic extremist with ties to al Qaeda.
OK so if it’s not questionable enough that Hillary Clinton’s personal assistant/gatekeeper is deep in and connected with radical Islamic groups let’s now look at Bill and Hill’s activities through their foundation and CGI- the Clinton Global Initiative.
While the support of Muslim Brotherhood member and ex-Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi by Clinton was glaring, what is more disturbing is the silence of both Clintons when Christians were persecuted and murdered for their non-support of Morsi. Coptic Christians know oppression and violence at the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood after decades of abuses. What people may not realize is that with the Clinton’s ties with the Brotherhood, also comes support for sympathizers of the Brotherhood, which means sympathizers of Islamic terrorist organizations which are sworn enemies of Christians, Jews and of the United States.
Bill Clinton, like many liberals claim to work for peace and justice, yet, he and many others fail to hold to account those they associate with for Anti-Semitic, Anti-Christian and Anti-American incitement.
From August 2007 until August 2012 Gehad El-Haddad was the City Director in Egypt for the William J. Clinton Foundation. El Haddad’s father is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Guidance Bureau and chairs the Arabian Group for Development (AGD) which is where Gehad served as a consultant.
Gehad El-Haddad’s ties to the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood are thick because his father, in August 2012 was appointed as one of four Egyptian Presidential assistants under Morsi with responsibility for foreign relations and international cooperation. Essam El-Haddad was one of Morsi’s closest advisors and after the removal of Morsi, both Essam and his son Gehad were arrested and had their assets frozen. The elder, Essam has been charged along with friend and associate Ayman Ali, with espionage with foreign countries. Ali has been tied with Taibah International which has been designated and placed on the US terrorist list. Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State at the time when Ali was deeply involved in a group identified by the U.S. as a terrorist organization. Gehad’s uncle, Mohammed Ibrahim is a leader in the Brotherhood, as well as his father in law, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Zeid, both men also working as leaders in the Brotherhood’s Guidance Bureau.
The Clinton Foundation had received between $1 million and $5 million from Issam Fares, a former deputy Prime Minister Lebanon who outspoken supporter of Hezbollah.
One of the biggest donors to the foundation has been Saudi Arabia and pro Saudi groups such as Friends of Saudi Arabia (FSA). FSA’s executive director is Michael Saba who writes anti American and anti-Israeli op-eds such as when one of Obama’s former campaign advisors, Mazen Asbahi, Muslim outreach advisor, stepped down because of inquiries from the Wall Street Journal about his ties to the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.
More donations to Clinton’s group are found to be coming from the Gulf Arab States, including the United Arab Emirates. Between $1 million and $5 million has come from the Dubai Foundation which is run by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, who has also reportedly donated at least hundreds of thousands of US dollars to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers and in 2006 the sheikh sponsored a concert in honor of “Lebanese (Hezbollah) Martyrs”.
The Clinton’s foundation’s declared mission is to promote “racial, ethnic, and religious reconciliation”, yet with the donors who frequently give and mingle at events, it makes one wonder who’s racial, ethnic and religious ideologies are being promoted. Which leads to one more thing about Hillary which was written by Andrew McCarthy.
Back in 2011, Hillary gave a speech in Turkey, to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) which is headquartered in Saudi Arabia and funded by dozens of Muslim countries that systematically persecute Christians and Jews. The OIC is basically an organization, which acts as a lobbying tool to pressure Western governments to outlaw all forms of “Islamophobia”. Islamophobia is a made up term that not only Muslims have adopted to crush any criticism of Islam, but also the left have taken the narrative as well mostly to shut down freedom of public speech by those they don’t agree with.
According to the OIC, “the perpetrators of Islamophobia, who seek to propagate irrational fear and intolerance of Islam, [who] have time and again aroused unwarranted tension, suspicion and unrest in societies by slandering the Islamic faith through gross distortions and misrepresentations and by encroaching on and denigrating the religious sentiments of Muslims.”
And yet time and time again, who is it, especially in Middle Eastern and African nations that are murdering, imprisoning, torturing, beheading, stoning, and persecuting Christians? I’ll give a hint- it’s not Christians or Jews.
At the time of Hillary’s speech before the conference, Christians were being brutalized and driven from their homes and churches in Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Iraq, and Iran.
According to the OIC’s annual Islamophobia report, in the first chapter they state, “This discrimination and hatred towards Muslims, or perceived Muslims, continued to manifest itself during the period under review in different forms including through mounting intolerance, explicit and open rejection of Muslim identity signs such as increased opposition to the building of Mosques and other Islamic centers as well as direct attacks against Islamic buildings and cemeteries as well as physical assaults against Muslims…”
And yet interestingly enough, there is no condemnation against fellow Muslims for barbaric practices such (Warning- some of these are extremely graphic) beheading a little girl in Syria, Throwing Acid in a 16 year old girl’s face and pouring more down her throat, Parading Nuns as POWs and trashing a Christian school, Raping Christian girls and women, and no one can forget the brutal Kenya Westgate mall terrorist attack last October 2013.
During that attack, which lasted for 80 hours, more than 70 people were killed, raped, tortured, beheaded and dismembered. The group responsible, al-Shabaab is an Islamic terror group based in Somalia who regularly carries out suicide bombings, assassinations, and is tied to Al Qaida. According to one of their spokesmen, during the “Arab Spring” insurgency in Yemen, the group was exchanging some of its fighters with those in Yemen. Yemeni militants were reportedly also sending fighters to Sudan. This exchange in fighters shows the close links it has with the country of Yemen.
One more tie here with this group, earlier this month it was reported that a Somali refugee living in the US has been arrested for funding al-Shabaab, along with three other men, including an Imam popular with Somali refugees in southern California.
These are not the only refugees who have terrorist ties, in 2012 a Department of Homeland Security senior intelligence official testified in a House hearing that 2 Iraqi “refugees” with direct ties to Al Qaida who were arrested in Kentucky, whose names and fingerprints were checked by the FBI, DHS and the Defense Department during the vetting process in 2009 and “came in clean”.
While the DHS has been labeling Christians, Veterans, Patriot groups and other Americans as terrorists, and while Muslims call the West intolerant, our government is working with the UN to resettle Muslim (so called) refugees from Muslim “Arab Spring” nations which have seen the most persecution towards Christians- not Muslims; Which brings us back to Hillary’s speech at the OIC which was given July 15, 2011.
As Clinton praised “Istanbul’s diverse religious communities” I wonder (rhetorically) if she was aware of the brutal stabbing and beheading murder of the head of Turkey’s Catholic Church, Bishop Luigi Padovese a year before? Or that he was to meet the pope in Cyprus the next day for the launch of the ‘Instrumentum laboris,’ which was the Vatican’s plan for reviving Christianity in the Middle Eastern, to which Padovese was a large contributor.
The document highlighted the difficult position of Christian minorities in the Islamic world and identifies the issue of human rights, including religious freedom, as central to the well-being of the whole of society:
“Oftentimes, relations between Christians and Muslims are difficult, principally because Muslims make no distinction between religion and politics, thereby relegating Christians to the precarious position of being considered non-citizens, despite the fact that they were citizens of their countries long before the rise of Islam. The key to harmonious living between Christians and Muslims is to recognize religious freedom and human rights.”
Now contrast that with what Clinton said a year later, “I want to applaud the Organization of Islamic Conference and the European Union for helping pass Resolution 1618 at the Human Rights Council. I was complimenting the secretary general on the OIC team in Geneva. I had a great team there as well… together we have begun to overcome the false divide that pits religious sensitivities against freedom of expression, and we are pursuing a new approach based on concrete steps to fight intolerance wherever it occurs. Under this resolution, the international community is taking a strong stand for freedom of expression and worship, and against discrimination and violence based upon religion or belief.”
Sounds good, but it is how and to whom it’s delivered to that speaks volumes. In this part, she is speaking of the US. “So we are focused on promoting interfaith education and collaboration, enforcing antidiscrimination laws, protecting the rights of all people to worship as they choose, and to use some old-fashioned techniques of peer pressure and shaming, so that people don’t feel that they have the support to do what we abhor.”
Peer pressure and shaming? Is that for the government to do? Is that what you would do if you were elected President Hillary? And as for what you abhor, what would that be? The Truth of God’s Word, or those of us who believe in Him? How about what Bible believing Christians abhor- you don’t seem to mind allowing everything we abhor such as abortion, mandated birth control, homosexual ‘marriage ‘among others. Interestingly enough, all of these issues are abhorred by Muslims as well, yet Christians don’t commit ‘honor’ killings, give public lashings, stoning or prison sentences to those who practice these things.
“Fifteen years ago in this room, the secretary general said about Istanbul, “This is a city which for over five centuries has been one of those rare lands of peace, where people of different religions live together in an environment of perfect harmony.” So if you will permit us, Secretary General and Foreign Minister, we want to take some of that spirit home from wherever we came , and we want to do so by transporting it in our hearts so that it is imprinted there and continues to remind us of the work ahead.”
These people talk of respecting minority religious beliefs, yet in Turkey as elsewhere in all of the OIC nations, Christians and Jews are the minority, and look how well that’s working out for them.
Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts. Psalm 28:3

This isn’t about everyone getting along. This is about freedom to speak; freedom to criticize Islamic ideologies which are rooted in violence, as proven around the world every month, and people like the Clintons, Obamas and others who want America transformed will continually use bullying tactics to do it, even when they speak before America’s enemies of tolerance and peace.
Hillary Clinton, the woman who wants the Presidency of the United States of America has worked with Islamic organizations with ties to America’s enemies. Her closest friend and confidant is tied directly to terrorist organizations and Hillary Clinton is under indictment herself in Egypt because of her work concerning the Muslim brotherhood which is designated a terrorist group in Egypt. With her help, those who are America’s enemies are making it illegal to participate in any speech that promotes discrimination and hostility toward religion knowing full well that religion means freedom for Muslims only, no one else because in Islam, the religion is the State and society. It is an ideology that is mandated throughout society in Islamic countries.
Hillary is no different than Obama who has mocked Biblical Christianity numerous times while promoting his holy koran, so of course there is no argument from him on behalf of Christians and Jews who are persecuted by Muslims. As we’ll see in the next part of this expose, Obama’s ties to Islam runs a lot deeper than his finding the Muslim call to prayer “one of the prettiest sounds on earth”…
