YAY! Prostitutes That Sign Up for Obamacare Get Cash Back! Wait, What?
Ummmm, okaaayyyy….Here’s a brief PolitiChicks.tv Update (via Newsbusters) to let you know where YOUR hard-earned tax dollars are going today. Like it or not.
One group of “workers” is very excited about signing up for Obamacare and they are spreading the word as fast as they can. PROSTITUTES (or the more politically correct term “Sex Workers”) are apparently one of those poor groups of folks that Obama complained weren’t eligible for health insurance before he came along. (Pimps are notorious for not being generous, according to TV.) These people are so anxious to dive into Obamacare that they recently held a sign-up event in San Fransisco (surprised?), organized by a prostitute named ‘Siouxsie Q’ via her weekly podcast, “The WhoreCast”. (You just can’t make up this stuff…)
But wait, there’s more!
These Sex Workers aren’t in such a tither simply because they’re getting tax-paid healthcare. Of course, even ‘pimps n’ hoes’—and everyone else on earth– have always had access to healthcare via urgent care. No one has ever been turned down in America when/if they have needed medical assistance. Ever.
No, the real reason Siouxsie Q and her WhoreCast buddies are so anxious to sign up for Obamacare is because in addition to getting tax-paid healthcare, they are also going to be getting SUBSIDIES for their policies! Why? Because their “work” is mostly cash-only/under-the-table, so they can easily claim they make under $46,000 per year. Which means they get TAX CREDITS (subsidies) to “offset their monthly costs”. I’m sure all those feather boas, platform shoes and all of that sparkly makeup costs tons to maintain.
On a very personal level, I can think of a lot more deserving and needy groups of people who I would want my tax dollars to go to, but oh well…
