Generation Now: Fed Up and Taking On Crony Government

A fresh generation of young blood is rising up and calling the bluff on crony government bureaucrats and politicians. We have had enough of the lies, backroom deals and stealing from future generations. Who are these young beacons of new hope, challenging the false hope Barack offered in 2008?

The following are six of the bright young faces fed up and rebelling against the status quo.

Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) – Truthrevolt.org, Benshapiro.com, Breitbart.com – At age 17, Ben Shapiro became the youngest syndicated columnist in America. He went on to earn degrees with distinction from UCLA and Harvard Law School. Today, Shapiro is Editor-in-Chief and creator of Truthrevolt.org, Editor-at-large of Breitbart News, runs his own law firm, and is a New York Times bestselling author. TruthRevolt, Ben’s creation alongside and launched by David Horowitz’s Freedom Center, is designed to, “expose the hypocrisies and mendacities of the leftwing media.” TruthRevolt.org quotes former Governor Sarah Palin as saying ‘Americans should’ “consider Ben’s advice about how we must stand up and push back twice as hard against this bullying.” Shapiro’s book Bullies: How the Left’s Culture of Fear and Intimidation Silences Americans is a New York Times bestseller.

James O’Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII)– Project Veritas – A true guerrilla journalist, James O’Keefe has been incarcerated, falsely prosecuted, harassed, chased, slandered and yet exonerated. With degrees from UCLA and Rutgers, James went on to work very closely with the late Andrew Breitbart. O’Keefe’s Project Veritas has sliced through slanted media and government corruption again and again, using the very rules of the corrupt to expose their deceptions. James gained widespread accolade when his undercover video exposing the corrupt actions of government funded ACORN for advising O’Keefe (undercover as a pimp) and Hannah Giles (undercover as a prostitute) how to get government assistance including free abortions for underage prostitutes. ACORN was later stripped of the government funding that kept it afloat. This was just one of many groundbreaking undercover videos, which he discusses in his book Breakthrough: Our Guerrilla War to Expose Fraud and Save Democracy. He continues his undercover work while training up others through Project Veritas with the mission to, “investigate and expose corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct.”

Katie Pavlich (@katiepavlich) is the News Editor at Townhall.com and a regular commentator on Fox News. Katie is author of the New York Times Best Seller Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up. National Review Institute says, “Journalist Katie Pavlich arrived on the political scene in Washington DC in 2010 ready to challenge the status quo.” In 2013 at the CPAC convention, Pavlich was presented with the ‘Blogger of the Year’ award for her investigation into and reporting on the ATF’s ‘Fast and Furious’ gun running scandal. Pavlich has also notably covered, “topics ranging from White House scandals and the 2012 presidential election, to the Second Amendment and border issues.”

Matthew Boyle (@mboyle1) – Breitbart.com – Boyle joined Breitbart.com following his impressive work with the Daily Caller. He now regularly joins host Steven K. Bannon on the weekly Breitbart News Sunday radio program. Matthew recently received the Eagle Forum’s “Eagle Award” for his investigative work concerning illegal immigration, amnesty and the ‘gang of eight’ bill. Breitbart News reported on Boyle’s receipt of the award, “At 25-years old, Boyle is one of the youngest recipients of the award ever and is one of the few, if not the only, members of the media to ever receive it.” Boyle refused to back down in reporting on the truths surrounding the immigration debate and gave a voice to those who were being pressured to shut up. This is just a small sampling of Boyle’s solid investigative work which no doubt will continue to expose truth.

Assemblyman Vince Buys (@VincentBuys) – Washington State’s Whatcom County is home to Assemblyman Vince Buys. In November 2010, Buys defeated 15-year Democrat incumbent Kelli Linville by a margin of 149 votes. Vince carried the perspective that odds not being in his favor was not a reason to stay home and not try. Facing a challenger with more money and name ID simply meant working smarter. Today Assemblyman Buys is a part of making positive progress in the Washington State Legislature. Without compromising principles, he is working across the aisle on issues that defy party lines. In the face of a simple Democrat majority he is seeing positive victories for the people of the state.

Lyda Loudon (@lydaloudon) – Co-founder of Tea Party Youth – The daughter of former Missouri State Senator John Loudon and well-known political activist, Politichick anchor and radio host Dr. Gina Loudon, Lyda has been following in her parents’ footsteps and taking on the nation from a very young age. Bill Whittle has called Lyda ‘the future’ and she surely is on her way as she hosts her own radio program Sarcasm Overdose Wednesdays at 9pm EST. The program ranges from politics to pop culture through Lyda’s humorous and feisty lense.

With such a brilliant, creative, ambitious and principled group, there truly is hope that this country can be turned around. No doubt America has troubles, but do not lose sight of what this country once was and can be again. Support this next generation of America’s best as they have been and will continue to be oppressed by the establishment regime that is trying to beat these youth down into losing the strength of their convictions.
