Obama Says “World Safer”–For Americans, or Just Jihadists?

On Tuesday, September 24, Barack Obama told the U.N., “The world is more stable than it was 5 years ago…There have been no large-scale attacks on the United States, and our homeland is more secure.”
The president might want to mention this to “the world”, and also to the jihadists who keep attacking “our homeland”. And as for “large scale” attacks, he might also want to ask the victims and families of the following attacks just how “large” they were to them…
Successful Domestic Terrorist Attacks:
2009, Nidal Hasan, Ft. Hood Islamic attack
2009, Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, Islamic attack on military base in Arkansas
2012, Benghazi. (Not domestic, but American embassies DO still count, right?)
2013, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev & Tamerlan Tsarnaev, Islamic attack at the Boston MarathonBenghazi attack
