Jihad Watch: “Navy Yard Murderer Created Website With Name ‘Mohammed Salem'”

1379451178000-AP-Navy-Yard-ShootingRobert Spencer’s Jihad Watch reported today that Navy Yard murderer Aaron Alexis created a website with the name “Mohammed Salem”.  Spencer received the information from an NBC News report, which mentioned the “Mohammed” part at the very end of the post.

From Jihad Watch:

Law enforcement officials told NBC News that Alexis created a webpage with the name “Mohammed Salem,” but they said he never did anything with it. They said they had found nothing else that might indicate any interest in violent jihad or even in Islam.

Alexis reportedly had “run-ins with the law over gun violence” and was “accused in 2004 of having shot out the tires of a car in Seattle” and in 2010 of having “fired a gun into an upstairs apartment in Fort Worth, Texas”, and he was reportedly “obsessed” with violent video games.  But sure, no indications of violence at all…
