Is The California Tax Board Targeting Another Conservative Leader?

0A lot of you are familiar with one of America’s most awesome patriots, AlfonZo Rachel of Zo Nation.  If you aren’t, please take a minute to look at the incredibly informative and fun videos on his website.

Recently, Ann-Marie Murrell, PolitiChicks’ Anchor and National Director and Editor-in-Chief of PolitiChicks told me about a situation Zo had encountered with the State of California Franchise Tax Board.  This is Zo’s summaryof his recent experience with them:

I’ve received emails asking me why I took my donation button off my website. I took the button down after I reported that The California FranchiseTax Board helped themselves to my bank account and stole every penny out of it. I’m blessed with supporters who contribute to my efforts, and when supporters found out that the California Tax Board cleaned me out, they wanted to pitch in and help restore what the government stole. As much as I appreciate this, I couldn’t accept it. I don’t want y’all pickin’ up for what the government stole. Especially since the federal and state governments are stealing from you too. I don’t owe the government anything. None of us do.

Taxing our income is a violation of our right to property, and the government would be well enough funded to do what they’re supposed to do if they followed the original tax model, and our economy would be much better.

Even though my taxes were paid, the State took what they wanted anyway because California is run by greedy, liberal democrats who feel justified in being entitled to other people’s property. I was never warned that I supposedly owed.

They just burglarized my account. I was never put through any sort of audit. They just took every cent. If I owe anything, they still have yet to tell me how much I supposedly owe. It’s been since May, and they still won’t me give back my money and they’re still not telling us why they took it. The California Franchise Tax Board has made it more difficult for me to do my job because they’ve interfered with me being able purchase equipment and software etc. The Board costs me overdraft fees since I can’t really keep money in the bank, because they’re likely to steal it. I can only sneak in a little bit to pay our bills electronically and allow our charities to deduct, and hopefully they can before they steal more of it. I don’t know how much they plan to take, or when they’ll stop.

Liberals accuse people of hiding money in their mattresses, yet they’re a big part of the reason people resort to such things. So as I said, as much as I appreciate the gesture, I don’t want folks taking it upon themselves to replace what the California Franchise Tax Board stole from me. That’s why I took the donation button off. But thank you for seeing Macho Sauce Productions worth supporting! Blessings!

I was outraged to hear this, so I contacted the California Franchise Tax Board for a general inquiry (not mentioning names) via their live chat and was told they always send a letter to the business entity before levying a bank account.  I asked them to give me the legal citation for their actions and they told me to contact the Board’s Business Entities Collections division where I was told they would not give me the legal citation for their actions, but they would be glad to talk to the individual to whom this happened (that would be Zo).

As you read in AlfonZo’s recap of what happened to him, he did not receive a letter from the Tax Board, nor did they contact him by telephone or e-mail giving him advance warnings that they were going to levy or garnish his bank account.

Zo is not alone. Here is another account from a friend of mine who had a similar experience with the California Franchise Tax Board:

California has done the same thing to me. I owe them nothing and have been in their office talking to them.  The people I talk to agree with me and said they would reverse it, but never have.  Months later, they cleaned out one of my accounts a second time. The IRS tried the same thing which was followed by an audit.  When I took a lawyer to the audit with me, they ended the audit by saying it was a big mistake.

California is much more radical and is not afraid to go to California courts with lawyers and draw it out.  Of course, this cost me additional money out-of-pocket.

I switched my account to a credit union out-of-state who told me they will notify me if they are contacted by the State of California and said they will not cooperate with the State if they attempt to confiscate my funds again.”

Although I have no proof, it seems apparent that AlfonZo Rachel is being targeted for being a patriot as well.  Tyrants and dictators as well as Communists/Socialists use strong-arm tactics to intimidate those who would dare to stand up to them or those who have fallen out of favor with the noble leader.  As the Obama administration White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said after the BP oil spill, the Obama administration will “keep a boot on the throat” of BP Oil.  The last time I heard of that kind of talk was just after WWII with the Nazi (Nationalist Socialist) Jackboot Gestapo.  Memories are all too faded, especially in today’s government-controlled indoctrination centers (public schools) where social engineering is the order of the day.  Our history and the history of Socialism have long been purged.

International banking magnate, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, is known for implying, he who controls the purse strings, controls a nation, an industry, or a household, regardless of laws or rules.  His actual quote is, “Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes the laws.”

And by extraction—controls you.

Does the IRS handling your health care have anybody worried?
