Gender Identity No Longer Exists in California

gender-neutral-bathroom-2Assembly Bill 1266 passed California Assembly floor on a party-line vote on May 9, 2013.  AB 1266 forces all California schools to allow students to participate in sex-integrated school programs, activities, and facilities consistent with his or her gender identity.  It now goes to the State Senate, but since the California Assembly and Senate are dominated by Democrats, this is expected to pass the Senate as well.

Evidently, our Democrat California state legislators didn’t think the 2011 bill mandating pro homosexual teaching in schools with no parent opt-out was enough.

It just keeps coming folks.

On May 9, Fox News reported, The U.S. Department of Education announced Thursday that beginning with the 2014-2015 federal student aid form, the Department will — for the first time — collect income “from a dependent student’s legal parents regardless of the parents’ marital status or gender, if those parents live together.”

The new FAFSA form will use terms like “Parent 1” and “Parent 2” instead of gender-specific terms like “mother” and “father.”

Author of California’s Bill 1266, Assemblyman Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco), said the California legislation is another step toward making sure transgender students are not ostracized in their schools.

Ostracized?  Ostracized generally means to exclude an individual from society, or it is someone who is looked upon with disapproval.  Our politicians wane philosophically when it comes to legislating a person’s emotional outcome.

Children should not be forced to be exposed to the anatomy of the opposite sex, whether in a classroom, a playground, on the bus or in a bathroom.

What about the children who do not have gender identity issues?  Are we not concerned about them having a child of the opposite sex in the same bathroom?  Are they not being ostracized too with the passage of this bill?

Why are we even talking about children having gender identity crisis?!  What has happened to America?

This is a result of pornography being legitimized back in the 60s.   One can only wonder why our nation has reached the point where there is so much sexual perversion as evidenced by rampant incest, sex trafficking, child sex abuse and prostitution, not to mention the man who was recently arrested for kidnapping three young girls and keeping them hidden in his basement for 10 years, forcing them to be sex slaves.

Sex sells in America.  It is sold through the Internet, television, motion pictures, magazines, strip joints and pornography retail stores, etc.

We are indoctrinating sexual curiosity at an age when kids shouldn’t be curious.  We see our society spiraling downward into an amoral society and denying God which allows the perversion to flourish.

As one of my fellow PolitiChicks, Julie Klose, said, This is a disaster waiting to happen. I can just see kids being attacked in the bathrooms and an increase in sexual assaults in schools. Liberals are just plain stupid. You have a gender identity;  okay, but you still have the same gender anatomy.

Another PolitiChick, Angela Love, had this to say:  Boys who “know” they are boys will enter girl restrooms to either “lurk” or “rape” and can say they had a “right” to be in the restroom because they “feel” like a girl on the inside. Insanity!

California State Assemblyman, Tim Donnelly, one of a handful of true Conservative Patriots we have in our California state legislature, gave me his thoughts about this bill:  When you seek to impose a right for a tiny minority, you do so at the expense of the rest of us.  What about the right of privacy for all the other children?

It would not surprise me to have 14 or 16 year old boys pretending to have a different gender identity to go look at naked girls in the locker room.  That will be a huge issue of the parents of those girls who will probably become the victim of someone’s prank, all enabled by a misguided law.  It opens up the school districts to liability.

If you still have your kids in public schools anywhere in the United States, perhaps it is time to consider home schooling if at all possible.
