The Gosnell Case: Wouldn’t Sanger be proud!

In my last article, I wrote about the Kermit Gosnell case and his atrocities and those who had the audacity to defend him. The details of the case are horrific and no matter what side of the abortion debate you are on, there is no denying that Gosnell committed crimes against women and babies. However, what you might not know is Gosnell is simply a pawn in the profit making business of abortion. He is the epitome and the goal that Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, wanted in regards to contraception and birth control.
Margaret Sanger is revered in the feminist world and considered a pioneer for women’s rights especially in regards to birth control. Hillary Clinton was even awarded in 2009 The Margaret Sanger award which she accepted with great pride and called Sanger someone she “admired enormously”. President Obama has also been coined the “minister” of Sanger’s founded organization Planned Parenthood. I guess our President and former secretary of state want to overlook Sanger’s racist agenda to eliminate the black population in her 1939 proposed “Negro Project”. Perhaps her well documented eugenics goal to control the birth of “human weeds” as she referred to the black and poor population is somehow lost in time and in the progress of civil right strides. However, the Gosnell case exposes the truth that Sanger’s agenda is alive and well.
Planned Parenthood has come out against Kermit Gosnell and has called the case “appalling” and has stated, “He ran a criminal enterprise, not a healthy facility and should be punished to full extent.” Their statement has tried to distance themselves from the carnages that took place in his clinic as “extreme” and in some way a type of back alley facility–as opposed to their “safer” medical clinics. However, recently at Planned Parenthood of Delaware the clinic was shut down temporarily for a “routine cleaning” after allegations came out of unsanitary conditions and patients at risk for contracting hepatitis and possibly AIDS. The fact is that whether a Planned Parenthood facility or a private clinic, there is not enough oversight on routine inspections and most states do not have the funds or the manpower to routinely inspect abortion clinics. Yet, our tax dollars fund 1.3 million dollars every day to Planned Parenthood without any of those funds going to investigate and making sure there are no deplorable conditions like Gosnell’s clinic.
Margaret Sanger’s eugenics-driven agenda is thriving through Planned Parenthood and our tax dollars are funding a type of genocide in this country. The Gosnell case has exposed this agenda. Black babies are being aborted at a far greater rate than whites or any other minority group according to the latest statistics. With more abortion clinics within the urban settings and preferably the low-income communities, abortion is targeted at a certain sect of our society. Sanger’s agenda is being paid out by our tax dollars in the name of reproductive rights and women’s health.
Gloria Steinem recently praised Planned Parenthood even in light of the Gosnell Case. She stated, “There’s nothing on earth more important than what Planned Parenthood is doing. It is connected to everything else.” Her statement rings true that Planned Parenthood is connected to so much more than providing abortions. Their agenda driven aim is to change the way society views sex through their early sex education programs and to mock traditional views on the family and abstinence education.
Kermit Gosnell is on trial for 8 murder charges but he was simply doing what Margaret Sanger has been honored for among the feminist movement. He aborted babies primarily black babies, many who were in the viable living stage. So while this case goes on and Kermit Gosnell is hopefully convicted to the highest degree, let’s not allow this case–and the broader scope of what it means–to disappear into oblivion. Planned Parenthood is furthering the cause of Margaret Sanger. It is a profit-making industry that uses our tax dollars to not only wipe out a generation of black children but also to indoctrinate a society, and it is being done under the guise of women’s equality and reproductive freedom. If only Margaret Sanger could witness how far her organization has come; I am sure she would be quite proud.
