The Indoctrination of Islamism Into the TX School System

MuslimsSchool-340x186-300x164The school system of the State of Texas has been scrutinized in the past for the extremely controversial leftist curriculum that has been infiltrated through their years. Previously ultra conservative, avenues of the corrupt Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative (TESCCC) have taken over during recent years, becoming the subject of many a commentary and interview on network and cable news stations.

Not only is the liberal left’s promiscuous agenda being passed onto Texas children, but now radical Islam has also been snuck in. This is being communicated and indoctrinated to young students from grades K-12 primarily by means of cyber-schooling, but it is also currently being worked into curriculums of the public school system.

Originally the TESCCC bypassed the School Board of Education so that they could gain access into the public school system under the balderdash guise of “religious diversity”. However, what they seemed to have overlooked is educating their students on other religions, such as Christianity and Judaism.

Under the “Social Studies” syllabus, students are taught that any opposition to illegal aliens coming into the United States, or any resistance to being taught the ways of Islam (yes — Islam) is to be construed as “prejudice”.  Throughout the Social Studies curriculum, there are books on the prejudices against black, Spanish and Chinese populations by Americans throughout history. But for example, regarding slavery, there is little mention of the Abolitionist Movement in the North, which helped many African Americans escape. This could be part of the reason why the victimization of minorities (many of which are no longer minorities, by the way) is mainstream today, rather than emphasizing more on learning from the past to create a better present and future for our country.  Otherwise, why would the progressives promote it so much if it didn’t, in some warped way, “benefit” themselves, as well as those they want to portray as “the helpless” and “the oppressed”?

How many times have we seen instances of people who have escaped poverty in America while working their fingers to the bone to become successful? After all, isn’t that more of an inspiration to us than those who make the decision to stay behind the gate that sets them free from poverty?

Granted our country has experienced its share of flaws in policies ad legal rulings over the years–but its good points have long outweighed the bad. Yet, that is not how the 60’s revolutionary crowd views our country.  Instead, they see things like our Constitution as severely flawed to the point that they advocate rectifying and modifying it, trying to turn it into a “living” document (meaning that it can be altered at any time, by the politicians and the special interests they cater to). And those are the very people who have developed such a skewed worldview over the years that they now teach that very same skewed worldview to your children.

Part of the way they allow their opinions to be taught to our children is by encouraging and conditioning children as young as 5 years old to not talk to their parents about what they are being taught in school.  For example, parents are not automatically provided with the password to their children’s online homework studies so they are unable to look up the school curriculum online.

One example recently happened in a Lumberton, Texas.  In a geography class with a syllabus titled, “The Islamic World”, children were given burqas to wear. It was propagandized to the students that men in the Islamic religion treat women and girls very well–when in fact the opposite is true.  Muslim women and girls are regularly raped, stoned, are prevented from obtaining a decent education and are forced to wear clothing that hides everything other than their faces. They are kept away from society, never even allowed to go out into the streets to shop for groceries, unless accompanied by their husbands.  But of course, none of this was taught to the students of Lumberton, Texas.

Students were also instructed to worship Allah as God — not the God of Christianity or Judaism.  The problem with this “religious diversity” training is that students were not taught the ways of Christianity, Judaism, or any other religion—only Islam was taught.

According to the syllabus for “The Islamic World”:  The student understands the history and the relevance of major religious and philosophical traditions. The student is expected to:  …Compare the historical origins, central ideas, and the spread of major religious and philosophical traditions including Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism.”

One parent, remaining anonymous, (according to an article by Todd Starnes) testified that she only learned about her 14-yr. old daughter’s involvement in the Islamic class after seeing a picture of her daughter on Facebook wearing a burqa. Needless to say, this parent was quite perturbed and complained.

The teachers are also allegedly being coached not to communicate the contents of this curriculum to anyone outside of the TESCCC and therefore, are also warned not to teach in any institution other than a CSCOPE school system.

Currently, Obama’s dream for the children of this nation to be indoctrinated by the Marxist / Muslim agenda, is under scrutiny by the parents of children all around this nation. Due to this exposure, there are now petitions for each of the schools to pull out of the TESCCC’s CSCOPE curriculum, on this page:

Hopefully, with enough voices, the opposition to this program will be heard and it will be dissolved.
