We Are At War
We are at war…you and I are, at this very moment, at war.
The definition of war, according to Webster’s Dictionary: A state of hostility, conflict, or antagonism/a struggle or competition between opposing forces for a particular end.
Make no mistake, that while we are not fighting our war using armaments, we are still very much entrenched in a real battle – the fight to protect our God-given and Constitutional rights as legal American citizens.
When a person or group resolves to take freedoms previously set forth by our founding fathers, and then institute unwanted/unwarranted “changes” to our way of life…American patriots will stand up and fight.
When a person or group flagrantly robs our nation of a healthy economy, de-valuing our dollar, and leaving behind a national debt so monumental that our great-grandchildren will more than likely still be paying on it long after we’re gone…American patriots will stand up and fight.
When a person or group decides to dictate to us who we may seek to provide services for our family and ourselves – making decisions for us that are not theirs to make – American patriots will fight.
When a person or group strives to replace “In God We Trust” with “Beholding to the Government”…oh yes, this is war.
Regardless of what the liberal mainstream news and other media sources like portray, we, the patriotic people of the United States of America, most definitely have the numbers needed to win this war. We are not outnumbered, as they would have us believe. Even with numbers on our side, it will take many battles fought and won before we claim victory in this war, for the liberal socialist scourge that plagues us will not stop coming at us.
We are conservatives. We are patriots. We fight not for our own glorification and ourselves, we fight to protect the very foundation for which this country was created. God, Family, Country. And we have the most powerful weapon needed to win all these battles – and ultimately the war – we have faith in and abiding love for God…we fight to defend Him from those who wish to remove Him from our lives.
“Therefore do not let a person place or thing trouble you, for the Eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you saying, ‘Destroy him!’” (Deuteronomy 33:27)
Barack Obama is the figurehead of the Socialist “army” that has declared war on America. The generals in this army include George Soros, David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, and Hillary Clinton (the first three all members of Chicago politics who have created a “shadow party” that is really calling the Obama shots).
There are Colonels as well: Holder, Napolitano, Ayers, Dohrn. Majors in this army include Carol Browner, Cass Sustein, John Holdren, Kevin Jennings, and Hilda Solis (some of the Obama -appointed Czars). Throw in their foot soldiers, ACORN, the SEIU, AFSCME and other unions, NAMBLA, NAACP, Planned Parenthood, Media Matters and the rest and there we have the most insidious – and homegrown – army this country, and world, as ever seen. They attack under the guise of “hope and change”, words used to illicit a sense of wellbeing. However, each phase of their attack makes it abundantly clear to those watching, that what was once a diabolical clandestine operation, has escalated into a full-blown assault – in broad daylight!
Scene after scene has unfolded since January 20, 2009 when Barack Obama was sworn in as our country’s 44th President, that clearly shows that this man and his “army” mean to do our country and her people, harm. They mean to destroy us, to dismantle our Constitution, our Bill of Rights and remove God from all things – all aspects – of our life here.
As the world as watched each and every smack in the face to the American people by Barack Obama and his “army”, so too have those of us being smacked, watched…and we have awakened. We will NOT be smacked any more. When God instructed us to turn the other cheek, He did not mean to not fight against that which is evil. In Matthew, book 18, when God instructed us to forgive he who asks for forgiveness, not 7 times, but 70 times 7, the key is he “who asks for forgiveness.” Barack Obama and his friends have not, are not and will not ask for forgiveness. How can we expect to forgive he who asks not for it? We can’t. We won’t.
There are several avenues that we can take to become involved – to win the battles that will ultimately bring us victory in this war to save our nation. We must ensure that conservative candidates, who remember that they are Americans first and a “party member” second, and that they are running to SERVE the American people, not lord over us, get elected into office. Vet these candidates. Make sure they are committed to defending and upholding the United States Constitution, that they will serve the people, not special interests. Candidates who not only denounce failed policies (we all know, on the campaign trail, these folks will say what sounds good), but have a goal and a plan for a better solution to the myriad of hot button issues facing our country. Get involved with one of these candidate’s campaigns…help them to become elected.
I encourage you to join like-minded organizations. Stay informed and find further ways to be of assistance via these wonderful groups. One such group, The Heritage Foundation (www.askheritage.org) is LOADED with valuable information. Remember knowledge is power.
Attend rallies. Attend focus groups. Remember there is power in numbers. We are dignified people, who are willing to support – and fight for – all that is right. Do not stay home because you think there will be enough people going, or worse, that it won’t matter if one more person is there. It does matter…very much.
If an opportunity arises for you to discuss current events/issues, please do so. Even in the grocery store. Remember, if just one person out of a crowd of individuals “wakes up” and sees what is happening in our country, than that is one more person joining us in the fight.
I often say, “When I see my future alone, I’m simply dreaming…when I join with others, I’ve begun creating reality.”
Together we can create the reality of our Forefathers with limited government, stop-taxing-us-into-extinction, stop-spending-our-money, free enterprise, individual freedom, with the traditional-Christian/Judeo-American, God-fearing and respecting values we began with.
