Dear America: A Letter to Obama’s Followers

Every couple of weeks I post a status on my Facebook page asking my friends to tell me what their number one issue is in America. I use the most discussed issue and talk about it in my Patriot Update video.
This week, my friends and I were extremely impressed by a post from my friend, Marti Settle. Marti spoke so succinctly and eloquently that I wanted to share her entire post with you.
Dear American Public,
Why can’t you think for yourselves? Why are you still standing around with your tongues and hands sticking out waiting for “Obama” money?
There is no more. It is gone. So would you please do something—anything– to take care of yourselves?
For example, go to the emergency room less. That “medical crisis” will probably go away in two to three days if you take an aspirin or a Tylenol, take a laxative and wait it out.
Eat less. Stop eating fried food and cheesy junk food. Eat a salad instead of a Double Whopper. Go without eating for a day. Drink water instead of soda.
Pray for your nation instead of cursing your misfortune. Thank God for your blessings.
Concentrate on what you do have and do not focus on your victimhood. Do not allow people to drag you down. Hold your head up high. Smile.
Do not have sex outside of marriage. Use condoms. Do not get pregnant unless you are able to support your own children. Do not have children expecting to get welfare checks.
Make sure that your children understand every last word of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Make sure that you do, too.
Make sure that you understand what Martin Luther King meant in his immortal speech “I have a dream.”
Before you vote for someone because of the color of their skin, remember Obama himself was telling you to look beneath the skin to the character of that person—so stop looking at skin color. Become a part of a “colorless society” and watch the world bloom because we start to live together because of who we are not what we are.
Obey the Ten Commandments.
Work Hard. If one job will not pay your bills, either reduce your costs or get another job, and another until you are self sufficient.
Feel Pride. Learn Shame. Do not shame others. Do not take anything from others.
Learn from great new leaders like Frantz Emmanual Kebreau and David Barton.
Listen to Lt. Col. Allen West. Listen to Herman Cain. These men should be your heroes.
Sarah Palin is a great woman. Listen to her. The media is scared of her because she is true to the Constitution and to America. Michelle Bachmann is a courageous and strong woman. Vote for her, hold her up as a beacon of strong womanhood. These are women you should look up to.
Be strong and be careful who you listen to.
Thank you, Marti Settle; your words should be shouted from mountaintops.
