Action Alert Regarding Benghazi Justice: Release the Records!

September 2017 will be the fifth anniversary of the Benghazi terrorist attack and it is my second anniversary as a Politichicks Contributor. So far my twin passions are writing about the music that moves me, and addressing the nightmare carnival that is Washington, D.C. aka the District of Carnality.

Because of the lack of justice and accountability by the Obama administration after the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya that resulted in the murder of my nephew Sean Smith, I was compelled to follow the courage of my convictions and seek the truth and justice. The editorial team at Politichicks have created an environment where those convictions are nurtured. I thank them for the port in the storm they have given to me.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

On July 10th, my article, “An Open Letter to President Trump: Regarding Benghazi,” was printed in Politichicks to great acclaim. I must also take a moment to thank our readers for the kind words of support that they have expressed to me. Politichicks has always been totally supportive of all efforts to establish an atmosphere of true accountability about the Benghazi attack. Sadly and ironically, July 10th would have been Benghazi victim Glen Doherty’s 47th birthday.

The journey is not over yet. I am far from tired. But, I need your help as I continue this mission.

Here is what I have planned.

For the sake of Justice, for the sake of history, it is time for President Trump to release all requested Benghazi documents. This includes, but is not is limited to, all FOIA requests as filed by Judicial Watch. To me, the President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton, is very similar to the historical figure Patrick Henry. That is because of his fierce embrace of liberty and the passion that he has for the truth. I thank him for his continuous courage.

For if there is to be a fully realized liberty, one must always embrace the truth.

I want all released Benghazi documents to be complete, no redactions. If crimes were committed, I do not want another committee giving campaign speeches. I want to see a Special Prosecutor appointed. No fake stars (Ken), a real prosecutor. Have him or her fully investigate and prosecute the crimes that were Benghazi, Extortion 17 and Fast and Furious.

All requested Benghazi documents should be released by President Trump on the fifth anniversary of the first attack, September 11, 2017. Releasing these documents would be a good start towards shining light on the truth and honoring the Benghazi murder victims.

Remember how I asked for your help?

From August 11th until September 11th, I’m asking all Americans who understand that Benghazi is a crime to contact President Trump, daily, and ask for a release of all Benghazi documents.

Remember, as patriots, we are not to bow down to fake committees, nor to shake our heads in agreement to a loose media. Nor should we ever turn a blind eye to a criminal administration. The families of the Benghazi victims, and well informed Americans can handle the truth.

It is like Obama said: “The only people that don’t want to disclose the truth, are people with something to hide.” Of course, all we saw from the Obama administration was the destruction of evidence and the deletion of federal records. I am still waiting to see if there are any follow up investigations from the current Trump administration. Benghazi must not be ignored and allowed to repeat itself. This has torn my family apart and I don’t want it to happen to another family.

How can you effectively reach the President?

  1. TWEET. As President Trump uses Twitter in a rather profuse manner, tweet a request for the release of all Benghazi documents to President Trump @POTUS and @RealDonaldTrump. (Many of my fellow Americans tweeted my open letter article to the President. I encourage you to continue to do so.) The President does read these comments daily.
  2. CALL. Unlike the previous administration, the White House comment line is currently staffed by warm, well informed people. The comment line number is 202.456.1111.
  3. E-MAIL. Whitehouse.gov has an e-mail option on their website. Please feel free to utilize that option also.

Remember, contact the White House daily on this matter from August 11th through September 11, 2017. I will continue to contact the White House until all Benghazi records are released.

Never be afraid to address any injustice that you see as an American; whether communicating with an elected official or speaking to each other.

If we raise our voices collectively as Americans, we may be able to finally achieve some level of true justice about Benghazi. Do not remain silent, use your own unique voice and respectfully request some final accountability about the crime that is Benghazi. As truth, justice and accountability are the most succinct methods by which to honor the legacy of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone Woods who were abandoned by their Commander-In-Chief and Secretary of State.
