OK Ed Committee Snubs Parents By Taking Trips Paid By Common Core Sponsors

Clark JolleyTrips for the Education Committee and State School Board ensure the allegiance of Oklahoma legislators against the overwhelming will of the people.

The people have wondered why legislators were slamming doors in their faces.

This picture of Sen. Jolley is with State School Board member Ann Ford.

Jolley is running for Congress in the 5th District of Oklahoma.

We have long suspected there was a reason that moms and educators were not being given a voice in our children’s education, while bills to even examine the cost of Common Core were being killed before they had a hearing.

The arrogance and  gall of these legislators, the State School Board members, the State School Superintendent Barresi, and the heads of the Education Committees that STOP the bills to even look into the cost of Common Core are accepting gifts from the rich and powerful abound, and I am certain this is the tip of the iceberg!  Read on for more details from Jenni White:

This is most concerning for this reason.  This trip was made possible by ‘scholarships’ (yes, FEE refers to them as ‘scholarships’) from FEE.  The THREE PRIMARY SOURCES OF BLOCKED COMMON CORE BILLS were given all expense paid trips to Boston to hear 2 days worth of information about Common Core – among other education reforms being pushed into Oklahoma from outside her borders via the benefits of big money, private foundations.
