Sadly, many of us who are graduates of America’s government education (public schools) do not know what a Fifth Column is or what the Four Estates in a government are.
Traditionally, a nation is divided into four estates: the first estate is the clergy, the second estate is the nobility or ruling class, the third estate is the people and the fourth estate is the press.
In Nazi Germany the head of the German press and Minister of Propaganda was Joseph Goebbels who used the press as the pro-Nazi delivery system. We can see this exact propagandizing today with Obama’s propaganda press where Fox News is the only discernible and conservative news source, but it is beginning to succumb to Obama’s Goebbels-esque Socialist/Communist propagandist pressures from the left.
Some may argue, you’re just a right wing conspiracy nut!
First of all, that kind of comment was also part of Goebbels’ methodology in destroying the resolve of a country which is to deflect and redirect. By using this method one may, like a magician, get the focus off of what is really crucial and redirect to a shiny object that diverts the person’s interest away from what they should actually be focused on.
At this point it may be instructive to recall how Germany also had what was called The Fifth Column movement which aided the Nazi’s taking over the French government by covertly placing Nazi sympathizers in places of national and political importance.
A fifth column is a group of people who clandestinely undermine a larger group, such as a nation, from within. A fifth column can be a group of secret sympathizers of an enemy that are involved in sabotage within military defense lines, or a country’s borders. A key tactic of the fifth column is the secret introduction of supporters into the whole fabric of the entity under attack. This clandestine infiltration is especially effective with positions concerning national policy and defense. From influential positions like these, fifth column tactics can be effectively utilized, from stoking fears through misinformation campaigns, to traditional techniques like espionage.
Therefore, the American Press is not duped or misled in the obvious Obama-biased reporting, but rather they are compliant in presenting Obama propaganda and misinformation needed to further the Obama’s Marxist cause.
As Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s former White House Chief of Staff and now Mayor of Chicago said, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste; and what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”
It is not by accident that the use of Sandy Hook Elementary school tragedy is being used to further erode our Second Amendment. Why? Because the goal is public disarmament, not public safety.
If you doubt this, consider how on Sunday December 23, 2012 a report out of Las Vegas described an assault with a knife by a Bellagio Hotel casino Black Jack dealer on another Black Jack dealer. The news item reported that the assistant, “…was booked into jail on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and mayhem with substantial bodily harm.”
A knife is a deadly attack weapon so where is the outrage against knives being banned? Some may say, well with a knife you can’t do too much damage—not like the destruction that guns can do in a school setting!
My answer to that is that three days before the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting on December 19, 2012, twenty-three students were brutally stabbed at a school in China. So much for ignoring the other attack weapon threat—the deadly attack knife!
Disarming the populace and disinformation are two of the first steps needed to overthrow a democracy and establish a Socialist state such as the former United Soviet (states) Socialist Russia. Notice this Communist nation used the term “Socialist,” NOT “Communist.”
Germany of the Second World War was likewise called Nazi (National Socialist) Germany. Obama’s Goebbels’ press would have Americans believe that the Second Amendment was written only for the use of fire arms in hunting and target practice, but in actuality, it was created to put fear of the people in the government and not fear of the government in the people.
It might be good to reflect here that the weapons that the Colonial citizens possessed at the time of the writing of the Constitution were the same state-of-the-art weapons that the British army used. In other words, the Colonialists used weapons of war.
No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms.
—Thomas Jefferson, 1776.
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
—Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759.
